By decree No. 5700/24, the Lazio Regional Administrative Court (TAR) suspended the effectiveness of the Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport’s order of pre-emption which, for the local public transport sector, limited the national general strike called by USB to 4 hours.
Consequently, the 24-hour national strike of all public and private categories proclaimed by the Unione Sindacale di Base – USB for Friday 13 December is confirmed.
As a result of the strike, the Marconi Express service may not be guaranteed throughout the day.
