In the coming days, Cyclone Thor will result in worsening weather conditions, with possible presence of ice and snow on the running way. As a result, service on the Marconi Express monorail may not be regular to allow the de-icing and cleaning operations, required by the operating regulations to ensure full safety, to take place.
In case of suspension of monorail service, the connection will be ensured through shuttle buses, with the following departure points: at the airport on the ground floor at the arrivals exit; at Lazzaretto station on Via Terracini; at the central station on Via Carracci.
